IF Innovation Foundation – Visual Deck Design for Social Impact
As a visual designer for IF Innovation Foundation, I create presentation decks for a range of nonprofits, community groups, research organizations and short films. Each deck is built to communicate big ideas clearly—whether that’s pitching for funding, sharing research, or documenting a process. My role spans layout design, visual storytelling, and developing flexible systems for client needs.
As part of a self-branding initiative for IF Innovation Foundation, I designed a visual identity deck to introduce the organization’s mission and creative range to potential partners. The project centered around a custom typeface built from fragments of multiple fonts—meant to reflect IF’s versatility and adaptability across sectors. I developed a modular logo system, brand colors, and slide layouts to create a cohesive, flexible toolkit. The deck closes with a custom sticker design—because even foundations deserve a little flair.
This deck was created to support a short film proposal about James Turrell and the making of Roden Crater. I designed it with a restrained, minimalist aesthetic—pulling from Turrell’s own visual language of light, space, and silence. The layouts focused on clean typography, simple timelines, and negative space to let the content breathe. The goal was to mirror the meditative quality of the subject while keeping the structure clear for funders and collaborators.
A selection of some of my favorite design moments from the past year of deck work with IF Innovation Foundation. These slides highlight playful uses of color, typography, and imagery—small visual decisions that made big, often serious content feel a little more alive.
